Enjoy your visit to EcoWonder Park with simple guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Before You Visit

Simple reminders to help everyone enjoy EcoWonder Park safely and responsibly.

Every guest must wear a park wristband. This helps us assist you better.

Wristbands are required for zone access and can be claimed at the Guest Services counter. Lost bands may be replaced for a fee.

Treat everyone with kindness—guests and staff alike. Speak gently, share space, and help one another live the wonder together.

Follow signs and designated trails to keep your journey safe and smooth. Some areas are meant only for looking—not stepping.

  • Walk gently through zones and use pathways when available. Let every corner of the park remain safe and open for others to enjoy.
  • Avoid climbing on railings, fences, landscaped areas, or park installations unless designed for play.

Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints. Let nature stay where it belongs — please don’t pick plants or move natural features.

Personal photography is welcome, but kindly avoid using flash, loud devices, or drones unless approved in advance.

For safety and cleanliness, we limit outside food. Medical needs or baby food? Just inform our Guest Experience Team before entry.

Leave no trace. Use bins provided and help keep the park clean for the next explorer.

Keep voices soft, gadgets on silent, and music off. Let the sounds of nature and laughter be part of the experience.

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. EcoWonder Park is meant for shared moments, side by side.

  • Domestic cats and dogs are welcome in our pet-friendly area. All pets must be on a leash, cleaned up after, and vaccinated.
  • Certain breeds may be asked to wear a mouth guard for everyone’s comfort.

Wear closed or strapped footwear—some paths can be muddy, grassy, or slippery.

Bring a water bottle and refill at hydration stations throughout the park.

Come prepared—whether it’s sunny, breezy, or rainy. Hats, raincoats, and sunscreen go a long way.

If something needs attention, talk to any EcoWonder staff nearby. We’re here to help.

Safety points and first aid stations are clearly marked in your map. Let’s keep the journey safe and smooth.

Our park is best explored together—children must always be supervised.

  • Children below 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times—except during supervised school or group tours.
  • Adults, please stay engaged. The park is more fun when experienced together.
